This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data of users and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Affiliate") who access and use the affiliate marketing platform managed by "bdeal" (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"), available at www.bdeal.io.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), as well as supplementary state regulations.

1. Data controller.

2. Categories of personal data processed.

Identification data: name, surname, email address, telephone number, identity document and/or tax identification number. Professional data: company name, tax address, tax identification number. Financial data: bank details necessary for the payment of commissions (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC). Legal documentation: articles of association, powers of representation, identification of the legal representative and beneficial owners. Technical data: IP addresses, activity logs, technical cookies, session identifiers and system logs.

3. Processing purposes.

a) To manage the User's registration, access and participation in the Affiliate Programme. b) To fulfil the contractual relationship and to pay commissions. c) To comply with legal obligations, including those arising from anti-money laundering regulations (Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, FCCRS). d) Detect, prevent and take action against fraud or misuse of the Platform. e) Respond to user requests, queries or incidents. f) Send commercial communications with express consent. g) Send communications related to similar products or services previously contracted, based on the legitimate interest of the supplier.

4. Legal basis of the processing.

Performance of a contract to which the user is a party. Compliance with legal obligations. The express consent of the User, where required. The Provider's legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the Platform and its proper operation.

5. Recipients of the data.

Administrative or judicial authorities, when required by applicable law. Financial institutions for the processing of payments. Technological, legal, accounting or other service providers acting as data processors. Duly licensed operators with whom the Affiliate works in accordance with contractual terms. The Provider does not sell personal information to third parties.

6. International Transfers.

In the event that Personal Information is transferred outside of the State of California or the United States, Provider will ensure that such transfers are made in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including entering into contracts that provide for an adequate level of protection of Personal Information, consistent with the obligations set forth in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and other applicable regulations.

7. Retention Period.

For the duration of the contractual relationship. For an additional period of five (5) years after the end of the contract, in order to comply with legal or fiscal obligations. For marketing purposes, until the user withdraws his consent or requests the cancellation of his data.

8. User Rights.

In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), users who are California residents may exercise the following rights with respect to their personal information: Right of access: to know what personal data is collected, the purposes for which it is processed and the third parties with whom it is shared. Right to erasure: to request the deletion of your personal data, except when processing is necessary to comply with a legal or contractual obligation. Right of rectification: to update or correct inaccurate or incomplete data. Right to portability: obtain your data in a structured and commonly used format. Right to object to processing: limit the use of sensitive data, object to profiling or automated decisions. Right to know if your data has been sold or shared: and to object ('Do not sell or share my personal data'). Right not to be discriminated against to exercise any of the above rights. 9. Security and Confidentiality.

Supplier has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of Personal Data in order to protect Personal Data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. These measures include, but are not limited to: physical and logical access controls, encryption of data (in transit and at rest), secure authentication procedures, regular internal audits, security incident management and ongoing training of authorised personnel. Supplier agrees to maintain these measures in accordance with the standards of applicable regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.

10. Policy changes.

The Provider reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to legislative, jurisprudential, technical or commercial changes. In the event that such modifications involve substantial changes that affect the rights or interests of the User, timely notice will be provided through the Website and, where mandatory or appropriate, by direct communication to the User by e-mail or other appropriate means.
